Keir’s sister loves sushi so we had a go at making them at home. We thought it would be really good fun if we made some for Keir as well. After watching few You Tube vidoes and getting supplies we were ready to roll. Keir’s dad decided to make him cucumber ones as this was the easiest way to work out how much protein was in each roll. He used normal sushi rice and used some cling film instead of seaweed to help to roll (Seaweed has a high protein content). You can see Keir tucking in no more to be said 🙂
