We had a sample pack to try out these ‘fish finger’ mix by Promin. It is very easy to prepare. We thought of shaping them into fish for a bit of fun. Keir was very excited when he saw them, pointing and saying ‘fish, fish’. Although it contains some fish flavouring, we couldn’t really taste it.

Taranis Fish Substitue
1/2 exchange per 30g serving

How to prepare:
1.Empty the contents of one sachet into a container, add 100 ml of cold water and mix. 2.Leave to stand for several minutes.
3.Form into any shape and shallow fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
